Banu Roso is the Chief Administrative. In this role, Banu works closely with CEO Sean Dobson and the senior leadership team on strategic initiatives from development through successful execution to ensure alignment and effective implementation of the CEO Office’s priorities. Prior to her current role, Banu was the COO of Amherst Holdings and Amherst Capital Management, overseeing shared services functions, such as Fund Operations, Compliance, Human Capital, and Facilities.

Prior to joining Amherst in 2017, Banu spent 16 years at UBS, where she held leadership roles in sales management for UBS’s Asset Management Distribution in the Americas, generated new business through cross-divisional collaboration as part of the UBS Business Development Group, and provided M&A advisory and financing services to consumer products clients in UBS’s Investment Bank. Banu started her career in consulting at the Brattle Group and subsequently at Boston Consulting Group.
