Dallas Lucas is a Vice Chairman at Amherst. Previously, Dallas was the Chief Financial Officer at Amherst for five years, where he oversaw financial strategic planning, financial reporting, tax and treasury functions for the company.

Dallas has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining Amherst, Dallas most recently served as President & COO/CFO of Tier REIT, having co-led the company’s public listing in 2015. Prior to Tier REIT, Dallas held CFO positions at several real estate investment companies, playing a critical role in numerous capital markets and M&A transactions.

Dallas graduated from the University of Oklahoma.
